Mobile Ticketing just got easier with the announcement of the ALL-IN-1 Season Ticket/Parking Pass

Simply, log into your Ticket Account
Add each ALL-IN-1 Season Ticket/Parking Pass to your digital wallet
After each game, the barcode automatically updates to the next game
Open your digital wallet and scan your ALL-IN-1 Season Ticket/Parking Pass at the entrance

How To Manage Your Tickets

Mobile Ticketing Basics

Download your tickets to your Apple Passbook or Google Pay before arriving to the Siegel Center. This will avoid issues accessing your tickets due to connectivity issues.
Do not print your mobile tickets as they will not scan properly
Brighten your screen to be able to scan QR code
Have your tickets ready to be scanned prior to entering the venue

The VCU Athletics Mobile App (Download in the App Store or Google Play Store)

The VCU Athletics App is an easy way to manage your tickets all season long from your mobile device.
Download the App
On the bottom right, select the “Tickets” icon.
Select “Manage Tickets”
Login with your exisiting VCU Athletics Ticket Account
Download, Transfer, Sell your tickets right from the VCU Athletics App!

Access Your Online Account

Visit vcuathletics.com
Under the ticket header, select ”Ticket Account Sign In”
Enter account number and password
You will then arrive at your account management page

Download Your Tickets to Your Phone (Utilize these steps from your mobile device)

You will not be able to view or download your tickets from a desktop or laptop, only from a mobile device.

Login to your VCU Online Ticket Account by Clicking Here
Enter your Account Number and password.
On the home screen, you will see a tab named “Upcoming Events”
Underneath that tab, click on your desired game.
Your ticket locations will appear.
You can now add each ticket to your digital wallet individually, or click the “Add All” button to add all tickets for that game.
Once you have selected “Add” or “Add All”, You will see a preview of your ticket(s) on your screen.
Add each ticket to your Apple Passbook or Google Pay by clicking “Add" in the top right corner.
Open your Apple Passbook or Google Pay application to view tickets.
Present your mobile tickets on gameday

Transfer Your Tickets

Do not transfer tickets to yourself as they are already in your account. Follow the steps above to download your mobile tickets.

Login to your VCU Athletics Ticket Account
Select the “Transfer Tickets” button
Select the desired game to transfer.
Select the specific seat location(s) to transfer and click “Continue”.
Enter recipient information (First Name, Last Name, Phone Number), and click “Review Transfer”
Review the transfer information and click “Yes, Make Transfer” to complete
The recipient will need to create an account or log into existing account to finalize the transfer

Accepting Transferred Tickets

Recipients will receive a text or email with a link to accept the ticket transfer.
You will be directed a VCU Athletics login page.
Enter your existing account and password or create a new one for first time users.
When you are in your account, confirm the tickets and download them to your phone.

The purpose of switching from physical tickets to mobile ticketing is to provide a safe fan experience and easier process of entering the given athletic event.
You will be able to easily transfer or manage your tickets at any time.
Reduces the risk of lost, counterfeit, or stolen tickets.
Yes, mobile ticketing will be used for all athletic and special events.
Yes. Both tickets and parking passes can be managed digitally.
When tickets become available, you will receive an email with a link to download your mobile tickets. Your tickets can either be downloaded to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet.
You should download your mobile tickets prior to gameday. This will ensure that the tickets are readily available, without facing network connectivity issues.

It is recommended to download your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet. However, taking a screenshot of the tickets is an acceptable method if needed. Please be aware that a poor screenshot resolution could result in the inability to scan your tickets, leading to a delay in entry.
Yes, you can download multiple mobile tickets to one mobile device.
When arriving at the game or event, you will have to show and have each mobile ticket scanned with your guests present.
Please see the above section named “Transfer Your Tickets” for step by step instructions on how to transfer tickets.
Yes! After the transfer is complete your original ticket will be voided so you will want to remove it from your digital wallet.
Yes. The transfer cutoff time is at the conclusion of the game.
Yes. They will need to login to their online account and follow the “Transfer Your Ticket” steps listed above.
Yes. The person receiving the tickets will be prompted to create an account, or log into an existing account, upon ticket acceptance.
You can always access your tickets on your VCU Online Ticket account and download them directly to your phone.
Please visit our Box Office on gameday. Please have a valid form of ID that matches the name associated with the account.
We recommend that you charge your phone ahead of time.
No. Due to digital tickets being optimized for mobile devices, printing will cause distortion on the barcode leading to a failure to scan.
