RICHMOND, Va. – Hot off a career-best performance junior Kristian Tannum Donaldson (Buckinghamshire, England) has been named Atlantic 10 Conference Co-Player of the Week, the league announced Friday.

Tannum Donaldson fired a career-low 54-hole total of 203 (67-68-68) at the J.T. Poston Invitational at the Country Club of Sapphire Valley in Sapphire, N.C. Sept. 30-Oct. 1. He finished tied for fourth overall and VCU placed third in the team standings.

The junior Englishman piled up 11 birdies and carded a pair of eagles in the tournament on the way to a 10-under finish. Tannum Donaldson's score is the second-lowest in school history. Three players have previously shot 202 over 54 holes. Earlier this season, sophomore Ian Peng shot 203 at the Marshall Invitational.

Tannum Donaldson and VCU return to action Oct. 11-13 at the Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate at the Blackthorn Club in Johnson City, Tenn.
