VCU, East Carolina Game Postponed Due to Inclement Weather

GREENVILLE, N.C. – Tuesday's VCU baseball game at East Carolina has been postponed due to inclement weather.  No makeup date has been announced, as of now.

It marks the second time in the Rams' last five outings a game has been postponed.  VCU's Feb. 16 contest vs. Marist was also cancelled due to inclement weather.

The Black and Gold is out to its best start (5-0) since the 1989 season. VCU has led or been tied in all 45 innings of play so far this season.

VCU returns to action in the Charleston Crab House Shootout presented by Homewood Suites in Charleston, S.C. this weekend, March 1-3. The Rams open up the tournament with UNC Asheville on Friday, March 1 at noon.
