Prior to VCU: Four-year letterwinner for the track and field squad for Neshaminy High School in Langhorne, Pa... Finished fifth in the high jump at the outdoor state championship meet and third at the indoor state championship meet in the same event during her junior year... Also captured the District Championship during her junior campaign... Named captain of the squad for her senior season when she competed at the Penn Relays.
