2008-09 (FRESHMAN): Earned All-CAA Second Team singles honors... Finished the year 19-13 in singles competition, including a 16-9 mark in dual matches and 16-9 in dual matches… Also played in 31 doubles matches, going 10-21 over that stretch… Posted a 9-5 record in singles against regional competition… Won two of her three singles matches in the CAA Tournament (April 17-19)… Topped Martha Blakely in come-from-behind victory, 3-6, 6-2, 7-6 (8) on April 21st in VCU's victory over 39th-ranked Virginia Tech... Victory over Blakely sparked a stretch of going 10-2 in singles play… Went 2-1 at Sergio Tacchini Collegiate Fall Invitatonal.
