Prior to VCU
Foundation in the District: Allen was a steady presence on the First-Team All District squad during her time at North Stafford, earning that accolade during both of her healthy seasons (freshman and junior years).
No Easy Road: Although she was recognized as a standout athlete with the Wolverines, it wasn’t easy for Allen, who sat out both her sophomore and senior seasons due to injuries.
Quite a First Impression: In just her first season at North Stafford, Allen posted a First-Team All District season, helping the Wolverines capture the District Championship and earn a berth in the Regional Finals.

Lovin’ Some Black & Gold: When asked what her best memories of high school were Allen lists being recruited by VCU as the top spot.
National Treasure: After a breakout junior year with both the Wolverines and the Virginia ODP squads, Allen earned an invitation to the U.S. Junior National Camp.
Getting to know
Hidden Gem: With injuries limiting her high school playing time, Allen slid under the radar until Co-Head Coach Tim Sahaydak found her last summer.
Rams over Panthers: Allen received an official visit from Birmingham Southern as well as the Rams, but choose to stay in state and don the Black & Gold.
Aisha on Ice: For the majority of her youth, Allen's athletic career was split between soccer and figure skating, a sport in which she competed in for 10 years before stopping to focus on her soccer career.
Anyone need a new TV?: If you do, Allen could have helped you as she has worked at the Best Buy in the Stafford area during her high school career.
Being Dealt Athletic Genes: Both of Allen’s parents had collegiate athletic careers with her dad playing football and running track at Northern Virginia Community College and her mom running four years of track at Howard.
A Star on the Pitch and in the Classroom: Allen’s attributes aren’t limited to the soccer field as she graduated Summa Cum Laude from North Stafford.
