Weekly blog gives Ram fans an in-depth look into VCU women's soccer

RICHMOND, Va. - The Virginia Commonwealth University women's soccer team will give its fans a new, in-depth look into the collegiate women's soccer world this spring as three players will conduct a weekly blog throughout the spring exhibition season.

Soon-to-be senior Amanda Adams (Salem, Va.) (left) along with soon-to-be sophomores Azania (Taboao Da Serra, Brazil) and Jessica McNamara (Virginia Beach, Va.) will give details on team workouts, off-the-field stories and a look into the personality of all the Ram players.

Adams delivered the first posting as she discussed team workouts and the adventures of riding in the team van to practice.

The blog will be updated weekly with posts from all three players throughout the spring season.

VCU has five exhibitions on its 2009 spring schedule along with a slew of practices. Keep up with the Rams throughout the spring.
