2007-08 (SOPHOMORE): Played in all 34 games, averaging 6.3 points and 6.0 rebounds per game...Recorded four double-doubles, including two in the CAA Tournament...Notched first double-double of the year with 20 points and 12 rebounds at Longwood...Was 6-of-8 against the Lancers...Nearly led the Rams to an upset victory in the CAA title game against nationally ranked Old Dominion, scoring 16 points and pulling down 10 rebounds...Set career-highs with four steals and five assists in the Rams' season-opening victory over Central Connecticut State.
2006-07 (FRESHMAN): Played in 26 contests, making nine starts and averaging 17.3 minutes per game... Ranked fourth on the team in scoring at 6.4 points per game... One of Rams’ most-accurate outside shooters, connecting at a .413 clip from the field... Hit 6-of-16 3-pointers (.375)... Led VCU in free-throw percentage, firing in 77-percent (47-of-61) from the line... Dropped in 13 points in 30 minutes in CAA Quarterfinal match-up with Delaware (March 9). Hit 4-of-6 field goals in that contest, including 2-of-3 from 3-point range... Knocked down both 3-point attempts and scored eight points at William & Mary (March 1)... Provided eight points in 17 minutes against No. 25 James Madison (Feb. 8)... Hit 4-of-8 from the floor and scored 10 points in 19 minutes at Hofstra (Jan. 7)... Scored 15 points, grabbed four rebounds and handed out three assists at James Madison (Dec. 3)... Pumped in career-high 17 points, hitting 6-of-12 from the field, and added seven rebounds in win over East Carolina (Nov. 24)... Made impressive collegiate debut with 14 points, eight rebounds, three assists and three steals at Central Connecticut State (Nov. 10).
Prior to VCU: Played four years of basketball at Norcross H.S. in Duluth, Ga. … Selected all-state after her junior and senior seasons… Was second on the Blue Devils in scoring (20 ppg) and first in rebounding (11 rpg) during her senior year… Also ripped 2.3 steals per game and hit 51 percent of her field goal attempts... McDonald’s All-American Nominee her senior year… Named All-County her junior and sophomore seasons… Helped lead AAU team, the Georgia Metros, to two national championships with follow VCU junior Kita Waller.
