Prior to VCU: Averaged 27.3 points, 12.5 rebounds and 3.0 blocks per game for Salem High School during her senior season...Was nominated for Georgia Player of the Year and was named First Team All-State...Played club basketball with AAU national power the Georgia Metros, the same club that VCU teammates D'Andra Moss and Kita Waller played for while in high school.
