PRIOR TO VCU:

● HIGH SCHOOL HOOPSTER: Prior to joining the Rams, Hobson was a star on the Blue Valley North High School squad in Leawood, Kansas.  Her athleticism and quickness allow her to create space on the offensive side and dominate the opponent on the defensive side.  She averaged 14 points per outing during her senior campaign with the Mustangs and earned second team all-conference accolades as a junior.

● PLAYIN’ HARD BALL: Hobson has made a name for herself on the basketball court throughout her high school career.  She brings an unmatched intensity to every part of her game, while gaining the respect of opposing coaches for her natural ability to play hard.
