Season Ticket Deposit

Deposits for 2013-14 men’s basketball season tickets will go on sale beginning July 1 through July 31. In order to be considered for season tickets, you must pay a $100 per seat deposit. Deposits will be applied to the season ticket cost. VCU Athletics will announce the total cost for season tickets once the number of home games has been determined.

On July 1, information will be sent out via email to all current Ram Athletic Fund members and 2012-13 season ticket holders with instructions on how to place a deposit for season tickets.

All Capital Campaign members must pay the $100 per seat deposit to confirm seating for the season. The family plan for the 2013-14 VCU Basketball sason will no longer be offered and all season tickets will be full price.

Season tickets will be awarded based on your Ram Ranking and the following criteria, in order:
(1) Availability
(2) Annual Contribution to the Ram Athletic Fund
(3) Priority Points

Please note, that even with a Ram Athletic Fund contribution, there are no guarantees that you will receive season tickets or seat locations cannot be guaranteed at each Ram Athletic Fund membership level. However, each year you contribute you acquire priority points, which increase your chances of obtaining tickets the following year.  All contributions to the Ram Athletic Fund are non-refundable.

If no offer for tickets is made, the deposit will be refunded or the deposit can be applied to tickets to an individual game. If demand for season tickets is greater than availability, the VCU Ticket Office will notify all accounts in August.

The season ticket deposit must be submitted by July 31, 2013 to be considered for season tickets for 2013-14. Ticket holders who have placed a deposit will be selecting their seat location beginning Tuesday, September 3, 2013. All ticket holders will receive a letter and email in August indicating the date and time they are to select their seat location. Appointment times are scheduled based on your Ram Ranking.

For the majority of ticket holders, the seat selection process will take place online. The technology used for the online process was developed by Ballena Technology, Inc. Ballena is the leader in the field of venue visualization and seat selection. Additional information will be provided on how to utilize this technology in July.

If you have any questions, please call the VCU Ticket Office at (804) 828-7267 or the Ram Athletic Fund at (804) 828-3863.
