VCU Basketball should be an enjoyable experience for all fans. In order to promote athletic excellence and fan enjoyment, we ask for your assistance in displaying a high degree of sportsmanship at all times. VCU reserves the right to remove from its premises those individuals whose conduct disrupts players, coaches, officials, or other fans. No refunds will be given.

VCU TICKET OFFICE HOURS OF OPERATION
The VCU Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Ticket Office is located in the Stuart C. Siegel Center on 1200 West Broad Street; Richmond, VA 23284.
 
GAME DAY HOURS  & DOORS OPEN
For home games, the doors to the Verizon Wireless Arena at the Siegel Center open 90 minutes before schedule game time. For weekend games, the Ticket Office opens 3 hours before scheduled game time. If available, single game tickets will be on sale the day of the game at the VCU Ticket Office through halftime.
 
GAME DAY TICKET ISSUES
Ticket issues should be directed to the VCU Ticket Office at (804) 828-7267.
 
WILL CALL
Public will call, Player Guest, and Recruit Will Call are located inside the lobby at the West Entrance to the Verizon Wireless Arena at the Siegel Center. These doors are open through the first half.
 
CHILDREN AT THE VERIZON WIRELESS ARENA AT THE SIEGEL CENTER
Every person must have a ticket. Children ages 2 and under are not required to have a ticket, provided they do not occupy a seat.
 
LOST TICKET/REFUNDS
VCU Ticket Office is not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, or mailed to a second party. No refunds or exchanges are permitted if the game is played.
 
LOST & FOUND
Items can be claimed the following week by calling the Facilities Manager at (804) 827-1000.
 
DISABILITY ACCOMMODATIONS
Accessible parking is available for home games at the Harrison and Broad Street parking deck. Customers who require special assistance for seating are urged to make all arrangements well in advance by contacting the VCU Ticket Office at (804) 828-7267.
 
SMOKING
Smoking areas are provided on the east end of the Verizon Wireless Arena at the Siegel Center at the appropriate exit(s).

RAM ATHLETIC FUND PARKING
Parking for Ram Athletic Fund Members who ordered season tickets and parking permits is located in the UU lot at the west entrance, the parking deck at West Broad and Harrison Streets, and the parking deck at West Broad and Bowe Street. Parking permits will be mailed with your season tickets and assigned based on the priority point system.

PUBLIC PARKING
Public parking is located in the parking deck at the corner of West Broad and Harrison Streets. The cost per event is $5.00.

REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE
All requests for assistance, first aid, and reports of discourtesy should be directed to arena users. Usher personnel wear yellow Event Staff garments, and are positioned at each doorway throughout the arena.

RESTROOM & CONCESSIONS
Restrooms and concessions are located on the concourse and can be reached by exiting any portal.

DIRECTIONS TO THE STUART C. SIEGEL CENTER

If traveling on I-95 South/I-64 East (I-95 and I-64 merge):

  • Take exit #76B for Belvidere Street
  • Turn left off exit ramp onto Leigh Street
  • Go to 1st traffic light, turn right onto Belvidere
  • At the 3rd traffic light, turn right onto Broad Street
  • The Stuart C. Siegel Center is on the right after the third traffic light

If traveling on I-95 North/I-64 West:

  • Take exit #76A Chamberlayne, and get in the left lane for the exit ramp
  • Turn left at the traffic light
  • After crossing the bridge, bear right onto St. Peter’s Street
  • At the stop sign, turn right onto Leigh Street
  • Turn left at the first traffic light onto Belvidere Street
  • At the 3rd traffic light, turn right onto Broad Street
  • The Stuart C. Siegel Center is on the right after the 3rd traffic light
