CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. - VCU's Sky Hyatt was named to the VaSID University Division Women's Lacrosse Second Team as announced by the organization Friday morning.

Hyatt, a redshirt sophomore, led the team with 44 goals scored and a team-high 63 points. She was also named to the All-Atlantic 10 First Team after she led the team with 49 ground balls and 36 draw controls. Hyatt also added 19 assists which ranked third on the squad. Hyatt ranked eighth in the A-10 in goals and total points, fourth in ground balls and was second in the conference in caused turnovers.

Hyatt was named the A-10 Co-Player of the Week on April 18 after scoring 11 goals and adding three assists. She also had nine draw controls, six caused turnovers and and two grounds balls in two games. Hyatt also earned A-10 All-Academic Team Honors as she holds a 3.60 GPA with a major in business.
