RAMS RANKED 20th IN NSCAA/CONTINENTAL TIRES TOP 25 POLL
RICHMOND, Va. – The Virginia Commonwealth University men's soccer program dropped four spots from No. 16 to No. 20 in the latest National Soccer Coaches Association of America/Continental Tires Top 25 poll.
The Rams (5-1) garnered 125 points in this week's national poll. VCU fell to No. 5 in the NSCAA South-Atlantic Regional Rankings, as the Rams follow the University of Maryland, Boston College, University of Virginia and Colonial Athletic Association foe Old Dominion University.
The Rams landed in a pair of other polls, including College Soccer News (ranked 28th) and Goal.com (ranked 20th).
The first national statistics rankings of the 2011 campaign were released today by the NCAA.
