ATLANTA, Ga. - For the third straight year, VCU will be represented at Final Four weekend.

This season, senior Troy Daniels will be the second straight Ram to participate in the 2013 Reese's College All-Star Game, following Bradford Burgess' appearance in last year's game.

Daniels, who set a single-season record with 124 3-pointers this past year, will be a member of the Orange squad, along with fellow Atlantic 10 stars Kwamain Mitchell (Saint Louis) and Ramon Galloway (La Salle).

"I'm really excited and appreciative to get this special opportunity," Daniels said. "Being a part of Final Four week is always special and to get this opportunity for a second time in my career is something that not a lot of players get a chance to do. I'm really appreciative of being a part of this event."

The NABC Reese's All-Star game is set for Friday, April 5 at the Georgia Dome after the Final Four Team Practices at 5 p.m.

Daniels finished his career second on VCU's 3-pointer list with 251 after his record setting senior year. His 124 treys this year ranked third-most in Atlantic 10 history.

Full details on television coverage of the event will be released later this week.
