GAMEDAY CENTRAL: VCU AT GEORGIA STATE

ATLANTA, Ga. - It's been 30 days since the VCU men's basketball team opened the CAA slate with a 59-55 home victory over William & Mary.

On Monday, the Rams will jump head first into the conference schedule with a road contest at Georgia State, a team in which VCU has never lost a CAA game to since the Panthers joined the league in 2005.

VCU is among the CAA elite, posting a 68-23 record over the past five years in CAA regular season play and will look to continue their strong play in Atlanta at the GSU Sports Arena on Monday night.

Junior Bradford Burgess will look to continue his offensive emergence after picking up MVP honors at the Richmond Marriott Holidays on the Hardwood Classic, averaging 18.5 points, 6.0 rebounds and three assists in the Rams' two victories.

Game time at the GSU Sports Arena is set for 7 p.m.
