  • Saint Joseph's forced the first save of the game in the 2nd minute as Elliott turned away a shot from Anna Willocks.
  • The Rams had a chance of their own in the 6th minute as Zabicki's effort from the far side of the circle was saved by Victoria Kammerinke.
  • The teams battled for the next 20 minutes before Saint Joseph's scored the game-winning goal on a penalty corner. Joely Helder deflected the ball into the cage on a penalty corner in the 29th minute.
  • The Rams two best chances came in the 44th minute as McNamara had back-to-back shot attempts saved off a penalty corner.
  • The Rams' defense held strong after Lauren Kaup received a yellow card in the 47th minute, not allowing a single shot while playing down.
