2013/FRESHMAN

• Appeared in 30 games, making 16 starts during his freshman campaign.
• Finished the season 14-for-69 with 3 RBI and nine runs scored.
• Made his first start against Elon on Feb. 17.
• Collected his first hit against George Mason on March 5, going 1-for-4 with a run scored.
• Had his first collegiate RBI with a walk-off single in the bottom of the 10th inning against Rutgers on March 19.
• Tallied four hits in a doubleheader against Butler on March 23. He went 2-for-4 in both contests.
• Collected two hits four times in 2013 against Butler (2x), Charlotte and Richmond.

PRIOR TO VCU

• Played Baseball and wrestled at Blake High School in Silver Spring, Md.
• Helped lead Black to four District Championships and three Regional final appearances over his four year career
• Received 4A East Player of the Year honors following his senior season
• Holds the records for single-season triples (7), as well as career record for triples (14) and hits (92). He also holds nine other records at Blake High School
• Named First Team All-Met after his junior and senior seasons
• Garnered First Team Bastow All-Star recognition following his sophomore and junior seasons
• Member of the First Team All-County squad after his senior year after receiving Second Team All-County honors as a sophomore and a junior
• Also played for the Mid-Atlantic Red Sox and the Gaithersburg Giants for club ball
