A native of Hingham, Mass., Sarah Whitney serves as the Director
of Group Sales and Fulfillment Associate for VCU
Athletics. Whitney joined VCU in 2011 as a Graduate Assistant
in Marketing and Group Sales.
Prior to joining VCU, Whitney attended The College of William and
Mary and was a member of the Women's Golf Team. During her college
tenure, Whitney developed the first all-girls junior golf
tournament in southeastern Massachusetts, managed corporate golf
outings, and organized women's golf programs at South
Shore Country Club.
Whitney graduated from William and Mary in 2011 with a degree in
Business Administration and Marketing. She will receive her M.B.A.
and M.Ed. in Sport Leadership from VCU in the summer of 2013.
