A resident of Richmond for the past three years, Snyder has
become quite familiar with the Richmond sports scene. Before
joining VCU Athletics in the fall of 2011, Snyder spent the
previous two years with the Richmond Flying Squirrels and the
Richmond Kickers.
Snyder is currently enrolled as a graduate student in the
dual-degree M.Ed./M.B.A. program through the Center for Sport
Leadership, expecting to graduate in May of 2013. As a
Corporate Sales Associate, Snyder will enhance current corporate
relationships, cultivate new partners in the Richmond community,
and handle many game day operations for VCU Men's Basketball.
Originally from Lancaster, PA, Snyder graduated from Messiah
College in 2008 majoring in Economics with a minor in Sport
Administration. He also enjoyed a four-year career on the baseball
team at Messiah.
