With the spring semester quickly approaching, many VCU student-athletes are preparing for their upcoming seasons, while others are beginning their off-season training. Along with success in their respective sports, the Rams are excelling in the classroom.

For the fourth consecutive semester, VCU student-athletes combined for better than a 3.0 grade-point-average, the longest such streak in the history of the department.
VCU's 286 student-athletes concluded the Fall 2016 semester with an overall GPA of 3.072, while maintaining an impressive 3.115 cumulative GPA.
Of those nearly 300 VCU student-athletes, 65 percent were named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll, and 34 percent earned a 3.5 GPA or higher to represent the Rams on the Fall 2016 Dean's List.
