Full List of A-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll Honorees

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - The 270-plus student-athletes that make up VCU Athletics continue raise the bar and set new standards both on the field and in the classroom. Not only did the Black & Gold enjoy the most successful fall on the field, but with over 56-percent of its student-athletes earning a 3.0 or above, it had the best semester in the classroom as well.

Some of those student-athletes were honored recently by the Atlantic 10 with 60 student-athletes at VCU earning a spot on the A-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll, which recognizes all student-athletes earning a 3.5 grade point average of higher during each semester.

"Our Honor Roll numbers are impressive and our student-athletes should be commended on their dedication," Commissioner Bernadette V. McGlade stated.

For the Fall 2012 semester, the A-10 established a new record for the number of student-athletes achieving this distinction with the list totaling 1,637 student-athletes.

This is the fourth straight semester the total number of honorees has surpassed 1,300 and topped the previous semester.

A complete list of these 60 student-athletes can be found on the A-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll list here
